        ELVH系列压力传感器基于AllSensors的超低压CoBeam2 TM技术。这项创新的传感元件技术为超低低压压力传感器在降低封装应力敏感性、技术保证。

        ELVH系列为设计工程师提供了多种封装选择，用户可以根据需要进行灵活选择。

数字接口使传感器易于集成到各种过程控制和测量系统中，并且可以直接连接到相应的串行通信通道。对于电池供电的系统，传感器可以在两次读数之间进入低功耗模式，以最大程度地减少电源负载。

        这些产品经过校准和补偿的超低压压力传感器可在宽温度范围内提供准确，稳定的输出。该系列适用于非腐蚀性，非离子性工作流体，例如空气，干燥气体。可选的聚对二甲苯保护涂层可用于潮湿/苛刻的介质保护，压力范围为±25 mbar以上。

• 0.5 up to 30 inH2O and 1 up to 150 psi and 100 mbar up to 10 bar
• Digital I2C or SPI in 14 Bit Output with Analog Option
